   40 x 80 x 14 Garage Shell with 20 x 40 Turnkey Apartment
  3200 sq ft.

This build cost starts at $290,000, and includes a garage shell with a turnkey, move-in ready apartment. Price varies by build location.

Common add-ons or upgrades requested for this type of build, often include things like cupola details, garage interior package, window/door upgrades or additional windows/doors, custom design details, heated flooring, and more.

*Site development—septic, water, land, and driveway—are not included in this starting price. These can be added services upon request.
