Terms & Conditions

Offer Overview
Customers who purchase a new personal post-frame outbuilding or barndominium from Milmar Buildings, during the month of November 2026, are eligible to receive a free upgrade to black windows and man doors for their building project, up to a maximum of $10,000.

Eligibility

• Offer valid only for new building purchases made between November 1, 2026 and November 30, 2026.
• To qualify, a signed building contract and required project deposit must be received by Milmar Buildings within the promotional period.
• The offer applies to personal outbuilding and/or barndominium projects only (this offer does not apply to commercial or business use buildings) located within Milmar’s standard service area.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or special pricing programs.

Upgrade Details

• One of the most popular upgrades we see clients want is black windows and man doors, but this comes at a significant cost upgrade, due to the way black windows and doors typically need to be manufactured. They have more complex manufacturing demands, heat management physics, and lower production volumes, when compared to standard white options.
• Discount on the upgrade option total is capped at $10,000.
• The discount means that you will receive the upgrade to black with only the cost to you of the standard white colored windows and doors of the same style/choice that you choose for your black windows/doors. Milmar will cover the upgrade to black colored doors/windows for you!
• Does not include garage doors/overhead doors.

Additional Terms

• Changes or cancellations to the contract may affect eligibility or discount amount.
• Milmar Buildings reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions regarding eligibility and rebate calculation are at the sole discretion of Milmar Buildings
• By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
