The 30x40 is a popular size for hobby barns, residential garages, personal party barns or storage builds. The flexibility in look, design, and layout allow the building to serve any variety of purposes (even as a smaller post frame home!)

This is a 30x40x16 with Black steel siding, roof, and trim, and cedar/wood-tone accents that we built in Lake County, Indiana.
Another 30x40x10 garage build we constructed in Cass County, Michigan. It's built with Dark Red Frost steel wainscot, roof, and trim, and Tan walls.
This (above) garage build was built in Indiana, and stands at 30x40x16. Colors on this barn are Clay and White. And you can see the interior was left un-finished on this project as well. Some people have needs for temperature controlled interior package, or even a full heated/air-conditioned space! We offer customizable interior options for each person's unique building needs.
And this pretty 30x40x12 was built for a client in Lowell, Indiana. A beauty in Black metal everything 😊
Our party barn design! This Red and Black barn has been one of our most popularly requested plans. It has some fun attributes, like the faux loft window, cedar accents, turkey tail gable accent, and a full interior party barn finish (even a kitchenette area and bathroom!)

This is another 30x40 build that we did a complete re-skin/renovation on; including adding an interior package that included insulation, interior metal liner, and a loft area to maximize space in the garage.
This vinyl siding 30x40x14 in Lafayette, Indiana, was constructed with shingles, vinyl siding, and brick wainscot. Not our traditional "metal barn" build, but still built post frame and at the top quality! Post frame construction is quite flexible, and can be done with more than just metal siding. Our clients have chosen typical metal siding, premium metal siding options, vinyl, shiplap style siding, board and batten (or cottage panel), and more.
